Good day all my name is Ruben Navarro Jr it is an honor and privilege to call Uvalde High School my place of employment. This will be my seventh year as a Social Studies instructor. I am Originally from Leakey, Texas a proud graduate of Leakey I.S.D. Upon completion of High School the next part of my journey took me to SWTJC where I attained an Associate of Arts Degree. Once able I attended Sul Ross State University completing with a Bachelor of Arts in History with a Minor in Spanish. In my spare time I enjoy under water basket weaving and whittling wood instruments. I consider Myself a loving husband and father committed to my family and faith. I look forward to being apart of the next chapter in your children's journey.
