Dr. Becky Reinhardt
Dr. Becky Reinhardt is an experienced administrator. Her philosophy of believing all students have the ability of being successful when given the right level of support is exemplified in her role as At-Risk Administrator.
Prior to serving in the role of At-Risk Administrator of Uvalde High School, Dr. Reinhardt has served 7 years as an elementary principal and 4 years as an assistant principal. She was successful in developing a positive environment that promoted student learning. Dr. Reinhardt has implemented a foundation of expectations for students and teachers that promoted a growth mindset philosophy which enhanced student learning. Dr. Reinhardt encourages teachers to pursue professional growth that supports student achievement as well as social emotional learning.
Dr. Reinhardt is a life-long learner. She received her doctorate in December, 2019 from UTSA. Dr. Reinhardt began her teaching career as a Bilingual 4th grade teacher in Odessa, Texas. She was an ESL teacher at Lee High School in Midland for 4 years before moving to Uvalde. She taught 3rd grade and 5th grade before moving into administration.
Dr. Reinhardt received her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a minor in Multi-Cultural Education from the University of Texas-Permian Basin, received her Master of Education from Sul Ross University and received her Doctorate of Philosophy in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Social Justice.
