I was born and raised in Austin, Tx.  Graduated from Pflugerville High School in 1993.  Graduate of Sul Ross State University with a degree in History. I was an 8th grade American History teacher for the last 6 years. I am currently at Uvalde High School teaching Pioneer Leadership and coaching.  I am the Head wrestling coach as well as a 9th grade football coach. I was voted Morales Junior High favorite teacher in 2018  and Uvalde Secondary District Teacher of the Year in 2018. Married to a wonderful wife, Alice, and have 2 awesome children,  Claudia and Andrew.  Claudia will be a freshman this year and Andrew is a Marine stationed in Quantico, Virginia.
