Title:Secretary to Administrator
Location:Uvalde High School


Organize and manage the routine work activities of an administrative department
office and provide clerical service to the department head and other staff members.

  • High school diploma or GED 

    Special Knowledge/Skills:

    Proficient keyboarding and file maintenance skills 
    Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
    Basic math skills
    Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets and
    databases and do word processing
    Experience or ability to create flyers/brochures
    Create agendas
    Manage appointments/trainings schedules
    Create/manage budget reports in collaboration with CTE Coordinator

    At least 3 years secretarial experience, preferably in a public education environment
