Parent Teacher Organization

Uvalde CISD has a district-wide PTO with the mission of enhancing and supporting the educational experience of all students to develop a closer connection between school and home by encouraging parental involvement and improving the environment at campuses through volunteer and financial support.

 

This PTO equally provides services to Dalton Elementary, Batesville Elementary, Uvalde Elementary, Flores Elementary, Uvalde Dual Language Academy, & Morales Jr. High.

Membership is FREE and automatically granted to all parents and guardians of students, as well as all staff, at each above designated UCISD campus.

 

PTO will host only one district-wide fundraiser each semester. Money raised through ALL fundraisers will be split 50/50; 50% of earnings will go to the general PTO operating budget for the school year and be dispersed equally amongst campuses for general activities, and 50% of earnings will be earmarked for campus-specific requests for the campus the funds were generated from.
